Imagine you want to filter accounts by “open orders”. Now you can, thanks to advanced filtering & reporting on custom entities. This functionality is available in every Power Panel › Filter.

Archiving Accounts & Contacts

Maybe you have unfortunately lost a customer but you don't necessarily want to delete this account Account refers to a record of primary and background information about an individual or corporate customer, including contact data, preferred services, and transactions with your company. from the system but would rather keep it for future reporting, or to view the interaction history in feeds. Users can now trigger the archive, either manually or automatically via the Automatizer. An example may be when you want to archive records you haven't heard from after a certain period of time.
The Archive is available for Accounts & Contacts.
