Report Enhancement › Summary Values

In the latest of our ongoing Reports enhancements, users can now summarise related data Data is a set of quantitative and qualitative facts that can be used as reference or inputs for computations, analyses, descriptions, predictions, reasoning and planning. “on the fly” by creating a “Summary Value” field directly within a report rather than needing an Admin to create a Rollup field and place it on the Form for every record.
A Summary Value field could be used to sum all open Opportunities for an Account Account refers to a record of primary and background information about an individual or corporate customer, including contact data, preferred services, and transactions with your company. (as shown below) or count the number of activities linked to Won Opportunities.
